The order can, from the outside, seem strict and very authoritarian. In reality, the order has a more flat structure, where all members have the right to express their views. All members are to regard each other as brethren, the rank mostly represents the amount of experience and progress. Some tasks require more than ordinary dedication how ever, these assignments are handled by duty officers. When a member has reached paladinhood, and still have time and energy to take up another task, (and the member possess the needed skills not least) it is possible for the member to take on a responsibility as a duty officer: |
